Instant Pot Orange Spice Cake (Vegan)
whole wheat pastry flour
melted coconut oil

Oil a 7-inch Bundt pan and set aside.
For the dry ingredients, in a medium bowl mix the flour, cinnamon, allspice, baking soda and cloves.
For the wet ingredients, combine the juice, syrup, flaxseeds and oil in a large measuring cup. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. Fold in the mix-ins.
Spread the cake mixture into the prepared pan and cover with foil.
Add 1½ cups of water to your Instant Pot.
Place the pan on the
and insert both into your Instant Pot.
Place the lid on with the set the valve to sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes. Then allow natural release.
Once the pressure indicator goes down, remove the lid, lift out the ailicone trivet and remove the foil.
