Monterey Jack Cheese and Baby Spinach Egg-Bites
Monterey Jack cheese
Sprinkle of cayenne
salt, and black pepper
chopped roasted red peppers
of chopped baby spinach
Silikong Egg-Bite Mold
with olive oil.
Put 1.5 cups of water into the inner pot.
Put one cup of water in your @instantpotofficial , put in the wire trivet, and place the pan on top. Set to Steam for 8 minutes. Let it natural pressure release for 5 minutes.
Blend all ingredients besides the red peppers and spinach for 60 seconds in a food processor or blender.
Add the chopped roasted red peppers and the chopped baby spinach. Pulse 2 or 3 times.
Ladle the mixture into the Silikong mold ¾ full and cover it with the Silikong lid or with a foil.
Place the Silikong mold inside the pot.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal. Set the Instant Pot to the Steam setting. Cook for 8 minutes.
Allow the steam to naturally release for 5 minutes.
Press the release button, open the pot, and remove the Silikong mold.
Allow the egg bites to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
