Halloween color inspired dinner! So easy and B’s favorite 🙂
soba noodles cooked in 4 mins then for the sauce I mixed one avocado with 3 chopped frozen basil cubes from Trader Joe’s( photo in my story) salt, pepper, and garlic powder (no salt for babies under 1).
Tossed purple potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and roast for 20 mins at 400F.
Shrimps are sautéed in ghee for 5 mins. This is one of my go to meals when I don’t have much time cooking dinner
