I got this perfect pancake recipe. 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup cottage cheese 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla Blend in blender and make pancakes. I ended up dividing the measurements by half because it was a lot of batter.
I also added:
1 large banana
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seed After everything is blended I add bunch of blueberries and blend on low to get them just smashed.
He loves this and doesn’t get tired of it even if he eats it all week! Apple sauce mixed with cashew butter and topped with chia seeds.
Apple sauce is cooked apple with skin + little bit of water + vanilla extract.
I pick apples that are a bit tart so the sauce is not too sweet.
Mixing it with cashew butter is a hit.
