Super quick meal: crab cake, white asparagus, pasta with avocado & pistachio pesto, and berries.
Steamed the asparagus and then tossed it with coconut oil, salt, garlic powder.
Bought the crab cake from Whole Foods and sautéed it in coconut oil.
Made this pesto sauce without using a blender:
1 smashed avocado + 1 tbsp pistachio butter + 1 frozen basil cube from Trader Joe’s + 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese + salt/pepper/garlic powder ( no salt for babies under 1)
