- 2 whole bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 5 whole eggs
- 1.5 cups rolled oats gluten-free
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Cook pancakes on an oiled skillet until cooked on each side. Serve with maple syrup, jam, fresh fruit or peanut butter.
