Ham & Cheese Egg-Bites

  • 5 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Green Onions
  • ¼ cup Ham Cut-up
  • ¼ cup Green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Spray your Silikong Egg-Bite Mold with olive oil.
  • Put 1.5 cups of water into the inner pot.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs until smooth. Add other ingredients and mix well.
  • Ladle the mixture into the Silikong molds ¾ full.
  • Close the Silikong mold with silicone lid/foil and place it inside the pot.
  • Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal. Set the Instant Pot to the Steam setting. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the steam to naturally release for 10 minutes, instead of immediate quick release.
  • Press the release button, open the pot, and remove the Silikong mold.
  • Allow the egg bites to cool for a few minutes before enjoying 🙂
