Ingredients

  • Pure Virgin Coconut Oil for greasing tray
  • 6 large Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Salted Butter

Instructions

  • Very lightly grease the six wells of the Silikong egg bites tray (leaving the center well emptor six egg poacher cups).
  • Crack an egg in each of the greased wells. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Place butter in center well. Cover the tray if using butter, otherwise, do not cover the tray.
  • Add 2 cups of water to pressure cooker cooking pot and place the Silikong egg-bite mold inside.
  • Lock on lid and close pressure valve. Cook at high pressure for 1 minute. When beep sounds, wait 1 minute (for very runny eggor 2 minutes (for tighter whiteand then release the rest of the pressure.
  • Remove the Silikong egg bites tray. Use a basting brush, brush butter on toast or English muffin. Use a spoon to remove poached egg from wells and place on top of buttered toast.
