Brussels Sprouts With Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 25 Brussels Sprouts halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra-virgin
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  • Place the Brussels sprouts in the Silikong Steamer Basket and pour water intside the pot. Lock the lid into place. Select the Steam option and set the timer to 1 minute. Make sure the steam release knob is sealed in its place.
  • When the time is up, quickly release the pressure and remove the lid.
  • Transfer the brussels sprouts on to a serving plate. Discard the water and wipe the inner pot dry.

Sauce:

  • Select the Sauté option and pour in the oil. Once hot, add the garlic and sauté the mix for 1 minute. Add the brussels sprouts, vinegar, salt, and pepper and sauté again for 2 minutes. Enjoy 🙂
